Our "WILL CALL" window is located inside the Expo building at the fairgrounds.
You can enter gate 1 and use the blacktop parking lot to enter the Expo building. That ticket office is open July 9th and 10th and July 16th and 17th from 12:00 Noon until 5:30 PM CST then beginning July 22nd, that office is open every day from noon until 5:30 PM CST.
If you cannot pick up your "WILL CALL" before 5:30 PM the day of the event, you will pay normal admission in order to enter the fairgrounds to retrieve your orderand we will not refund that charge. After 5:30 PM, all "WILL CALL" orders can be picked up at the grandstand ticket boothlocated at the east side of the grounds.
For all "WILL CALL" orders, we ask fo ridentification in the name of the person on that "WILL CALL" envelope. If you have any questions, you can call our ticket office, during the hours and dates stated above, at 219-465-7170.
