I have read the rules and accept the decision of the judges as final and elect to use the grounds or track in its present condition at the time of the derby start. I agree to have my car/vehicle at the race and register at least one hour prior to the derby start time, or I will be ineligible to compete.

I understand that all cars/vehicles are subject to inspection by race officials. I understand that my/vehicle is subject to inspection to any extent necessary to determine demolition derby rule compliance. If I fail or refuse to allow and entered car/vehicle to be inspected or if it is determined by race officials either before or after the race that the car I am driving or have entered, is not in compliance with race rules, then I will be disqualified. Said disqualification by the derby judges is non-negotiable and soley the discretion of the judges. I agree to waive all rights of recourse against said judges, derby promoters and officials to compete in said derby. Further, if I have accepted any prize monies or trophies prior to disqualification, all said monies and awards of any kind, must be returned with in 24 hours of disqualification in the same condition as they were given.

If it is found that I have lied anywhere on my application, then I will be subject to immediate disqualification and forfiet any prizes, monies, and awards.
